Telemarketer – Work From Home

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Telemarketer to support business development and lead-generation activities remotely.

The role will primarily involve data consolidation, cold calling and email outreach to prospective business clients.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective corporate clients.

Introduce the company’s services and identify potential business opportunities.

Send introductory and follow-up emails to prospective clients.

Research and consolidate company and business contact information.

Perform data tabulation and maintain an organised database of prospective clients.

Update call results, contact details, follow-up status and relevant remarks accurately.

Identify relevant company contacts, such as HR or hiring personnel, using appropriate business sources.

Follow up with prospective clients when required.

Maintain accurate records of daily outreach activities.

Provide general administrative and business development support as assigned.

Requirements

Comfortable communicating with prospective clients over the phone and by email.

Able to work independently in a work-from-home arrangement.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsible and able to complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision.

Basic computer literacy and comfortable working with spreadsheets and email.
