📅 Working Days: 5 days/week

🕘 Working Hours: Shift-based

💰 Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

💙 Job Responsibilities

Attend to patients and visitors at the front counter

Handle patient registration, appointments, and enquiries

Assist with admissions, discharges, and other administrative processes

Manage appointment scheduling and patient records

Handle cashiering and payment-related duties

Provide general administrative and operational support

Liaise with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals

Ensure a smooth and positive patient experience

✨ Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Friendly, patient, and service-oriented

Comfortable working in a clinical or hospital environment

Able to interact professionally with patients and healthcare staff

Prior healthcare, clinic, hospital, or customer service experience is an advantage
