Assistant Tuition Centre Manager (Central/North)

📍 Location: Central / North East

🕒 Work Hours: 3 Weekdays + 2 Weekends

(Mon-Fri 12.30pm-9.30pm, Sat and Sun 8.30am-6.30pm)

💰 Salary: Up to $3,200

Job Scope:

Drive enrolment, sales and retention targets.

Oversee daily centre operations and service standards.

Build strong parent and student relationships while resolving feedback.

Lead centre teams and manage performance, administration and CRM systems.

Job Requirements:

Experience in education, retail, hospitality or customer service with 1 year in a leadership role.

Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage daily operations.

Strong communication, customer service and problem-solving skills.

Able to manage multiple priorities, lead teams and use CRM or related systems effectively.
