CIAS Cargo Changi (East Area)

5.5 Days, 9:00am - 6:00pm, Sat 9:00 - 12:00pm

Your Responsibilities: -

Cargo booking, planning and closing to achieve maximization of cargo space & loading

Planning and attending to customer complaints, claims and tracing

Prepare Cargo Sales Report (CSR), airline daily reports, data entry, quotations and telesales

Liaise with several parties to ensure cargo submitted according to IATA regulations

You will need: -

Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in Supply Chain / Logistics industry
