Your Responsibilities: -

Develop strong technical knowledge of the company's manufacturing processes, products, and industry trends to effectively promote solutions to customers.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by understanding their business needs, providing technical support, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and manage the full sales cycle, including contract negotiations and account development.

Deliver product presentations and collaborate with internal teams to provide customized solutions that meet customer requirements.

Gather customer feedback and work with internal stakeholders to support continuous product and service improvements.

Monitor sales performance, analyse market trends, and prepare regular sales reports to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

You will need: -

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.

Min 3–5 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Field Application Engineering, or Technical Sales, preferably within the manufacturing, semiconductor, or industrial sectors.

Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence.
