SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (Employee Central, Onboarding, Recruiting Management, SAP CPI Integration, UAT, Configuration & Implementation)

Responsibilities

Lead SAP SuccessFactors implementation, enhancement, and application support activities across Employee Central, Onboarding 2.0, and Recruiting Management.

Translate business requirements into functional solutions and configure SuccessFactors processes in line with business needs and established standards.

Design and maintain onboarding processes, including business rules, workflows, triggers, process variants, task lists, and employee lifecycle scenarios.

Manage integration activities between SuccessFactors modules and SAP HCM or other enterprise applications, working closely with technical and middleware teams.

Coordinate SAP CPI/middleware integrations, data synchronization, interface troubleshooting, and integration testing.

Support end-to-end project delivery activities including requirements gathering, process design, configuration, data migration, testing, UAT, deployment, go-live, and hypercare.

Manage application support activities, including incident resolution, root cause analysis, SLA/KPI monitoring, release impact analysis, and L2/L3 production support.

Conduct requirement-gathering workshops, process discussions, solution demonstrations, and stakeholder review sessions.

Coordinate with business, HR, IT, integration, testing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery.

Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, business process documentation, test scripts, and operational support documentation.

Plan and execute regression, integration, system, performance, UAT, and post-release testing activities.

Monitor and resolve complex functional and integration issues, coordinating with SAP Support and relevant technical teams when required.

Support release management activities by assessing changes, coordinating testing, and ensuring application readiness.

Provide project status updates, manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations, and support timely delivery of project milestones.

Mentor junior consultants and provide functional guidance to project and support teams.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and recommend enhancements to SuccessFactors processes and HR technology solutions.

Requirements

Minimum 7+ years of strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with expertise in Employee Central (EC).

Hands-on experience in SuccessFactors Onboarding, Recruiting Management, and SuccessFactors configuration and implementation activities.

Experience with SuccessFactors business rules, workflows, triggers, process variants, onboarding and offboarding processes.

Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integrations and SAP CPI/middleware.

Experience in data migration, data synchronization, and integration troubleshooting.

Experience in application support, AMS, incident management, SLA/KPI management, L2/L3 production support, ServiceNow etc.

Hands-on experience in implementation such as UAT, regression testing, integration testing, system testing, and other testing activities.

Experience in requirements gathering, process design, fit-gap analysis, and solution demonstrations.

Hands-on experience in Documents & Tools such as SAP SolMan, ALM, HP ALM, SharePoint, DocuSign, Power BI etc.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with business and technical teams.

Experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementation lifecycle, from requirements through go-live and post-production support.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and solutioning skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver projects within agreed timelines.

SAP SuccessFactors certifications in Employee Central, Recruiting Management, or Onboarding will be an advantage.
