Job Summary

You will manage clinic appointments, maintain patient records, assist with inventory, and support daily operations to ensure smooth clinic functioning and excellent patient service.

Responsibilities

Use Microsoft Word and Excel to create simple reports for clinic operations

Schedule appointments and manage the clinic calendar to optimize patient flow

Update and maintain accurate patient information using client management software

Address patient concerns by providing clear, appropriate solutions to enhance satisfaction

Respond promptly to phone and email booking requests to secure appointments

Maintain clinic cleanliness to ensure a safe and welcoming environment

Assist the center manager with inventory management, stocktaking, and bookkeeping tasks

Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned to support clinic operations

Required competencies and certifications

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Organised, responsible and able to work independently

Customer-service oriented with a pleasant and professional manner

Previous experience in clinic, healthcare or administrative work will be an advantage

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Nitec, Certificate in Office Skills, NTC Grade 2 or equivalent
