What You’ll Do

Create Engaging Learning Experiences: Plan, implement, and deliver age-appropriate lessons based on our in-house curriculum.

Support Holistic Growth: Foster a safe, creative, and nurturing environment for children to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Innovate in Teaching: Adapt lessons with innovation and creativity.

Collaborate and Connect: Work closely with colleagues, families, and administrators to ensure a well-rounded learning journey for every child.

Observe and Assess: Monitor developmental milestones and maintain open, regular communication with parents and guardians.

Stay Aligned: Ensure compliance with school policies and Singapore's Ministry of Education regulations.

Minimum Qualifications:

Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education – Teaching (DECCE-T)

Certified by ECDA as an L2 Teacher

Language Skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken). Strong communication and classroom-management skills are essential.

Salary Package and Career Growth

$3,300-$4,000 *Final salary based on qualifications, experience, and skillset
