My client is looking to hire a sales associate!

Responsibilities

Assist walk-in customers

Show and demonstrate on usage of company's product

Reply online enquiries

Handling of both quotations and invoices

Handles customer feedback

Any ad-hoc task given by the manager

Requirements

Customer-Focused  — Take the time to understand each customer’s needs, preferences, budget, and workspace before recommending a product.

Solution-Oriented  — Recommend the right furniture solution rather than simply pushing a product.

Good Communication Skills  — Explain product benefits clearly, professionally, and confidently.

Strong Product Presentation  — Demonstrate the comfort, functions, quality, and practical benefits of our chairs and tables effectively.

Understanding of Ergonomics  — Help customers choose chairs that provide proper comfort and support for their working needs.
