Senior Analyst – Temenos T24 R26

Experience

4–8 years of relevant experience in Temenos T24/Transact, with experience in development, application support, or production support. Experience with T24 R26 is preferred.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Analyst – Temenos T24/Transact to support the analysis, development, customization, maintenance, and production support of T24 applications.

The candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, troubleshooting application issues, supporting interfaces and integrations, implementing enhancements, and working closely with business, functional, technical, and infrastructure teams.

The ideal candidate should have a good balance of T24 technical knowledge, application support experience, production troubleshooting, and banking domain understanding.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and provide appropriate Temenos T24/Transact solutions.

Support T24 R26 application implementation, enhancements, customization, and maintenance.

Provide L2/L3 application and production support for T24/Transact.

Investigate application issues, perform root-cause analysis (RCA), and implement appropriate solutions.

Troubleshoot T24 application, interface, integration, batch, and configuration-related issues.

Work with Temenos interfaces and integrations, including OFS and API-based interfaces.

Develop, modify, and maintain T24 components such as VERSION, ENQUIRY, EB.API, routines, and InfoBasic programs.

Support EOD/COB and batch processing and resolve related issues.

Perform impact analysis for enhancements, fixes, releases, patches, and application changes.

Coordinate with business users, functional teams, infrastructure, middleware, and vendor teams.

Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, deployment, and production release activities.

Prepare technical specifications, support documentation, RCA reports, and deployment documents.

Participate in T24 upgrades, migrations, patches, and release activities.

Identify recurring issues and recommend solutions to improve application stability and performance.

Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members.

Ensure incidents, service requests, and deliverables are completed within agreed SLA timelines.

Required Technical Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Temenos T24/Transact.

Experience with T24 R26 or recent Transact releases.

Experience in T24 development, customization, and/or production support.

Good knowledge of: TAFJ / TAFCInfoBasicOFSVERSIONENQUIRYEB.APIT24 RoutinesT24 Services and Interfaces

Experience with Temenos interfaces and application integrations.

Understanding of T24 architecture and application lifecycle.

Knowledge of SQL/databases.

Experience working in Unix/Linux environments.

Understanding of incident management, troubleshooting, and RCA.

Exposure to middleware, application servers, CI/CD, or DevOps tools is an advantage.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Preferred

Temenos certification is an advantage.

Experience with T24 R26 upgrade/migration projects.

Experience working with international banking clients.

Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Experience with Jenkins, Git, OpenShift, or similar DevOps tools.

Exposure to ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management.

Role Expectations

The successful candidate should be able to work independently across T24 analysis, development/enhancement, application support, and production troubleshooting. The candidate should take ownership of issues from analysis through resolution and effectively coordinate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver stable and reliable T24 solutions.
