F&B Outlet Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee and optimize all aspects of our F&B operations.

Responsibilities

Manage all food and beverage operations daily within budgeted guidelines to achieve high-quality service and operational standards

Maintain excellent levels of customer service for both internal teams and external guests by monitoring and improving service delivery

Design innovative and appealing menus, manage purchasing of goods, and implement continuous improvements to enhance offerings

Identify customer needs through active listening and respond proactively to resolve concerns and enhance satisfaction

Lead the F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising staff to build a skilled and motivated workforce

Establish clear targets, key performance indicators (KPIs), schedules, policies, and procedures to drive operational efficiency

Facilitate two-way communication and foster an ownership culture emphasizing motivation, collaboration, and teamwork

Ensure full compliance with all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment

Prepare and present management reports on sales results and productivity to inform strategic decisions
