What You'll Be Doing

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll help organisations solve talent challenges while guiding candidates through important career decisions.

Every search is different. One client may be expanding a team to support growth. Another may be looking for a niche skillset that's difficult to find. Understanding the context behind each hire is just as important as understanding the role itself.

Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and talent challenges.

Source, engage, and assess talent through various channels and networks.

Guide candidates through the recruitment process and support them in making informed career decisions.

Leverage market insights and industry knowledge to support hiring strategies.

Manage the recruitment process from initial engagement through offer management.

Build meaningful relationships with clients and candidates.

Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, insights, and best practices.

What We're Looking For

At least 1 year of professional working experience, preferably within recruitment, talent acquisition, sales, business development, or another client-facing environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A natural ability to build relationships and establish credibility with stakeholders.

A proactive and results-oriented mindset.

Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic environment.

Curiosity about businesses, industries, and market trends.

Comfort using technology, sourcing tools, and data to support decision-making.
