EUC Engineer (Presales) - Contract

About our client:  Our client is a MNC.

Responsibilities

Provide end-user computing (EUC) support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.

Support pre-sales activities by participating in customer meetings, gathering requirements, and proposing technical solutions

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, operating system, Microsoft 365, and network-related issues.

Support endpoint deployment, configuration, imaging, patch management, and device lifecycle management.

Manage Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, Endpoint Manager, and SCCM environments.

Ensure incidents and service requests are resolved within agreed service levels.

Maintain technical documentation and customer environment records.

Act as the primary technical contact for customers and provide recommendations on endpoint performance and security.

Requirement

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical advisory experience.

Minimum 8 years of experience in Microsoft Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 Suite, Active Directory & Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager, SCCM/MECM, VPN and networking fundamentals, Endpoint Management and Device Deployment.

Experience in Customer-facing support roles and Stakeholder Management.

Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate.

Microsoft 365 Certifications.

ITIL Foundation.

CompTIA A+ or equivalent.
