Test Governance Lead Engineer - Contract

About our client:  Our client is Reputed Bank.

Responsibilities

Coordinate Offshore Delivery Centre (ODC) governance activities, tracking action items, deliverables, and management reporting.

Support supplier governance, third-party risk assessments, compliance reviews, and remediation tracking.

Maintain governance documentation, risk registers, and supplier records.

Coordinate Business Continuity Management (BCM), disaster recovery testing, and operational resilience activities.

Liaise with stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, Procurement, Technology, Operations, and external vendors.

Monitor governance actions, risk treatment plans, and ensure timely closure of identified issues.

Prepare dashboards, status reports, and management updates for governance forums.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Business, Risk Management, or related discipline.

Minimum 5 years in Test Governance, Coordination, Test Planning and Risk & Compliance.

Vendor Management and Supplier Governance.

Minimum 3 years in Banking domain with experience in managing offshore delivery centre

Experience in Automation Testing and tools.

Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Operational Resilience.

Stakeholder Management and Governance Coordination.

Reporting, Tracking, and Follow-up Management.

Risk Assessment and Remediation Tracking.
