Position Title: Salesperson

Working Location: Ubi

Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 9.00am – 6.00pm; Sat, 9.00am – 1.00pm)

Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,000 + Performance Incentive + Variable Bonus

Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

Develop a good understanding of our flooring product range (e.g., carpet tiles, luxury vinyl tiles, laminates, rugs, and others).

Engage with customers during roadshows and attend international exhibitions when required.

Learn key product features and selling points, and explain the benefits clearly to customers.

Build new client relationships through proactive outreach (e.g., cold-calling and walk-ins), and maintain good relationships with existing clients.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

Review contract terms and understand how they may impact the company and the customer.

Communicate clearly and confidently, address customer questions, and support the sales closing process.

Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.

At least 1 year of experience in a sales-related role.

Able to present product ranges to business partners (e.g., architects, builders, and interior designers).

Proficient with MS Office and online reporting tools.

Valid Class 3 driving licence.
