Export Logistics Assistant (East / Up to $3k + AWS + VB)

5.5-day work week (alternate Saturday half-day)

Responsibilities

Prepare and complete pharmaceutical logistics shipments in compliance with operational standards

Liaise with customers to manage shipment orders and coordinate delivery requirements

Book airfreight with airlines and execute Air Waybills (AWBs)

Update and maintain accurate import and export inventory records

Perform picking and packing of pharmaceutical products according to procedures

Support daily logistics operations and handle ad-hoc duties assigned by the Operations Manager

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in retail operations (inventory management/inspection), manufacturing shipping, e-commerce back-office operations, or logistics administration

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for inventory tracking and reporting

Experience in airfreight or logistics operations is an added advantage
