Assist customers with bookings, pickups, and shipment tracking.

Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.

Ensure compliance with airfreight regulations and customs requirements.

Promptly update shipment milestones.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and shipment details.

Collaborate with operations to improve processes and service quality.
