ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

Manage the day-to-day administrative activities of the restaurant.

Supervise administrative staff and allocate daily duties.

Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and related documents.

Prepare and maintain reports, letters, invoices, and other office documents.

Coordinate with management, HR, accounts, suppliers, and other departments.

Deliver training and performance management initiatives to enhance employee development and organizational effectiveness

Administer payroll and leave management to ensure accurate and timely employee compensation and benefits

Manage offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions and compliance

Assist with recruitment, staff onboarding, and employee documentation.

Organize multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment with meticulous attention to detail

Ensure company policies and administrative procedures are followed.

Handle official correspondence, licenses, permits, and renewals.

Requirements

Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent

At least 5 years of experience managing full spectrum of HR and Administration responsibilities

Knowledge of Singapore accounting standards, employment regulations, and government compliance matters, including CPF, IRAS, and MOM requirements

Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
