BIM Modeller, M&E

Design & drafting of MEP layout, section details, space management planning and plant room details.

Able to carry out detailing & co-ordination drawing.

Responsible for preparation of shop drawings, and As-Built drawings using Revit and CAD software.

Obtain relevant information from architectural drawings, structural, other discipline drawings.

To assist Project Manager/ Engineers on coordination, planning and visiting job sites/meetings when necessary.

Requirements

Diploma/NITEC in Engineering, Architecture or related studies

At least 1-3 years of working experiences in BIM functions (ideally from M&E Trade/Discipline)

Essential to be skilled in Mechanical, Electrical or M&E discipline
