Kitchen Assistant / Cook (Part Time with CPF, Min 5 hours/day) at Jewel Changi

Salary Range:  SGD 1,500 – 1,800 (based on experience)

Work hours:

We are looking for permanent staffs (with CPF) who wants to work shorter hours:

Per day: Able to commit at least 5 hours per day

Per week: Able to commit at least 5 days (include Sat, Sun, and Public Holidays)

Open for discussion if you can work more hours per day and more days per week

Responsibilities

Work in the kitchen assisting chefs, cook, food preparation tasks, marinate meats

Support chefs ensure the kitchen area is clean, organized, washing dishes, and kitchen utensils

Properly store ingredients, label dated items and assist with stock rotation, ensuring compliance with food safety guidelines

Handle and dispose of kitchen waste appropriately

Work collaboratively and respectfully with all kitchens and front-of-house staff

Assist with other kitchen duties as needed to ensure efficient kitchen operations.

Requirements

Valid Food Hygiene Certificate (WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1)

Min 2 years of F&B experiences

Speak clearly to communicate with customers and team members

Present yourself in a well-groomed, positive working attitude and professional manner

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work shifts, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
