RTO, Architecture (MRT Project)

Review architectural drawings, specifications and design changes, and coordinate with the Architectural Consultant, design team, Contractor and stakeholders on related matters

Monitor and supervise architectural works on site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and contractual/authority requirements

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, materials and construction quality, including follow-up on Inspection Requests, submissions, shop drawings, samples and mock-ups

Monitor and follow up on defects, non-conforming works and rectification, as well as architectural RFIs, technical queries and site issues

Monitor architectural interfaces with structural, M&E, civil and other specialist works, and highlight delays, coordination issues and site constraints

Provide regular progress updates to the relevant authority/client team and attend site/progress meetings to report on architectural works and outstanding matters

Assist in monitoring testing, completion, defects rectification and handover of architectural works, and maintain proper records of inspections, submissions and site observations

Job Requirements:

Diploma in Architectural or related discipline, RTO registration required

Minimum 3 years’ of relevant experience, MRT project experience required

Able to lead the different parties to ensure smooth progress of works, high quality standards and minimal defects.
