Senior Lead - Partnerships & Communications

An established social services organisation with a strong presence in Singapore is embarking on an exciting phase of growth and transformation. We are looking for an accomplished Senior Lead (Partnerships and Fund-Raising, Publicity) to shape and drive its partnerships, brand and communications agenda.

About the Role

Lead the organisation’s fundraising strategy, growing a diversified portfolio of corporates, foundations, trusts and strategic partners.

Develop and nurture high-value relationships to unlock new funding, partnership and growth opportunities.

Shape compelling propositions, campaigns and communications that bring the organisation’s purpose and impact to life.

Drive an integrated brand, marketing and communications strategy across the organisation and its related business operations.

Strengthen external visibility through strategic communications, storytelling, media engagement and stakeholder relations.

Lead and develop a high-performing team while partnering closely with senior leadership and key external stakeholders.

What You Bring:

Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related discipline, with substantial relevant experience from social services & its related industries

Proven track record across fundraising, brand management, integrated marketing communications and/or strategic partnerships.

Strong relationship-building, networking, influencing and communication skills, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders.

Strategic and commercially minded, with the ability to balance organisational objectives, stakeholder expectations and financial sustainability
