SALES OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR

Job Summary

Assist management in planning, coordinating, and managing staff and services to ensure efficient restaurant operations. Analyze results to identify improvements, oversee cashiering and inventory, lead sales teams, and enhance guest experiences.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and manage staff and services to ensure efficient and effective restaurant operations

Analyze operating results with the team to identify and implement performance improvement opportunities

Monitor cashiering procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and minimize consumable wastage

Maintain labor productivity ratios by overseeing staff scheduling and workflow

Conduct pre-shift meetings to communicate daily business information and prepare staff for service

Supervise, mentor, train, schedule, and evaluate staff performance, including preparing and delivering staff reviews

Oversee inventories and order food, beverage products, supplies, and equipment to meet operational needs

Prepare sales reports and update management on business performance to support informed decision-making

Lead and guide sales team members to achieve targets through coaching and performance management

Maintain and update guest profiles daily and take appropriate actions to enhance guest experience

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related disciplines

Effective communication skills used to interact with staff, customers, and suppliers
