SUPERVISOR

Job Description

Supervise and coordinate daily food and beverage operations.

Lead and guide service staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Monitor staff performance, attendance, and work schedules.

Ensure high standards of customer service, food quality, hygiene, and workplace safety.

Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and service issues professionally.

Assist with inventory control, stock taking, ordering, and minimizing wastage.

Monitor outlet cleanliness and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Train and coach new and existing staff on service standards and operational procedures.

Assist the manager with daily reports, sales monitoring, and other administrative duties.

Support the team during peak periods and ensure efficient service flow.

Requirements

No formal academic qualification required.

Relevant experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to supervise and motivate a team effectively.

Good knowledge of F&B service operations, hygiene, and safety procedures.

Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.

Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently.
