We are looking for a candidate who can support our daily operations, design simple posters using Canva, and assist with social media posting and basic content creation
Job Scope
Assist with student recruitment
Handle enquiries via WhatsApp and student registrations
Design simple posters and leaflets when needed
Assist with social media posting and content updates
Perform general administrative duties, such as preparing teachers' materials and photocopying worksheets
Job Requirements
Diploma or Higher qualification
Good communication skills
Fluent in English and Chinese to liaise with English- and Chinese-speaking parents
Basic Canva skills
Working Hours
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 4:00pm-9:00pm
Saturday: 10:00am-2:00pm / 12.00pm-4:00pm
Flexible, based on an agreed schedule
