Job Summary
Join our team as an IT Technician to diagnose, repair, and upgrade PCs, notebooks, and AIO systems while delivering expert advice and support to customers.
Responsibilities
Diagnose hardware and software issues in PCs, notebooks, and AIO systems to ensure accurate repairs
Assemble and disassemble laptops and desktops to facilitate maintenance and upgrades
Perform quality checks and control measures to verify repair effectiveness and system performance
Conduct performance testing on repaired or upgraded devices to ensure optimal functionality
Provide clear, expert advice and support to customers regarding their IT devices and repair options
Maintain a positive work attitude with responsibility and pride in delivering quality service
Learn and apply new repair techniques through provided training to enhance technical skills
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Personal experience with repairing computers is an advantage but not required
