Join our team to support customers by providing expert assistance with computers, laptops, and accessories while using basic computer systems and software to ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
Demonstrate enthusiasm and energy when engaging with customers to create a positive experience
Apply knowledge of computers, laptops, and accessories to assist customers effectively
Use basic computer skills to operate POS systems for invoicing and manage documents in MS Word and Excel
Participate actively in training sessions to improve technical and customer service skills
Adapt quickly to start work immediately or within a short notice period
Preferred competencies and qualifications
