We are primuim coffee machine service provider, known for reliable service and quality technical support. As our operations grow, we’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Technician to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

Technical Duties:

Install, set up, and test equipment at customer locations.

Perform basic repairs, servicing, and troubleshooting.

Assist with regular maintenance and servicing schedules.

Inventory management of parts, tools, and machines.

Delivery Duties:

Safely transport supplies to various client locations.

Count, check, and arrange stock before delivery.

Verify and organize items on-site during delivery.

Ensure accurate delivery documentation and reporting.

Maintain cleanliness and good condition of delivery vehicle.

Other Duties:

Support with stock-taking and warehouse organization.

Report any damaged or missing items immediately.

Maintain good communication with office and customers.

Requirements

Valid Class 3 driver’s license with a clean driving record, or have own transport tools for work(prefer motorcycle)

Physically fit and able to handle heavy equipment safely.

Basic mechanical/technical skills (training provided).

Strong attention to detail and organization.

Punctual, reliable, and customer-service focused.

Prior technical experience is a plus.
