Job Summary

We seek motivated kitchen support for our Mediterranean restaurant on Club Street, specializing in Spanish, Italian, and Greek cuisine, to join a small, friendly team focused on fresh ingredients and quality cooking.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook Mediterranean dishes using fresh ingredients to meet restaurant standards

Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain smooth kitchen operations

Follow recipes and kitchen procedures accurately to ensure consistent food quality

Maintain punctuality and reliability to support timely service

Demonstrate commitment by adhering to hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen

Listen actively and learn from supervisors and peers to improve culinary skills

Some dishwashing is part of the job
