Junior Interior Designer

Job Description

Work closely with the Creative Director on concept and design development

Prepare interior design drawings, including 2D furniture plans and elevations

Develop and prepare schedules of finishes, including specifications and pricing

Develop and prepare material sourcing proposals

Procurement and project coordination, including obtaining quotations and supplier liaison

Project coordination with contractors on schedules & drawings

Job Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or Architecture

Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in residential interior design

Strong design skills with a keen eye for detail, proportion, and materiality

Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English; Mandarin language proficiency to communicate withMandarin-speaking stakeholders is an advantage

High level of accountability, organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
