Supervise and coordinate daily trading and business operations to ensure efficient workflow, accurate inventory management, and high-quality customer service. Lead staff performance and operational improvements to support business growth.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily trading and business operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes

Monitor staff activities to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on schedule

Coordinate purchasing, sales, inventory management, warehouse, and delivery functions to optimize supply chain flow

Monitor stock levels and enforce proper storage and handling procedures to maintain product quality

Liaise with suppliers, customers, and logistics providers to facilitate timely transactions and deliveries

Prepare and maintain accurate operational reports, records, and documentation for management review

Verify orders, deliveries, and inventory records for accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly

Identify and resolve daily operational issues, escalating significant matters to management for action

Enforce compliance with company procedures, workplace safety standards, and operational policies

Train, guide, and evaluate staff performance to enhance team capabilities and productivity

Support management initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer service quality

Execute additional supervisory and operational duties as assigned by management
