Job Summary

You will install, service, maintain, and repair various commercial and residential air conditioners, ensuring compliance with safety standards and delivering quality customer service.

Responsibilities

Install, service, maintain, and repair various types and brands of commercial and residential air conditioners

Perform chemical overhauls and general maintenance services at customer premises

Inspect air conditioning systems to identify faults and recommend appropriate repair and improvement works to customers

Ensure all work complies with appliance standards and the Health and Safety Act

Provide monthly maintenance and operational services to customers

Handle fault and emergency repairs effectively while managing customer complaints professionally

Collaborate with supervisors to complete additional tasks as required

Required competencies and certifications

Demonstrated hands-on experience in installation, maintenance (including chemical washing), troubleshooting, and repairing of air conditioners

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks related to the job

Basic command of spoken and written English to communicate effectively

Singapore Class 3 driving license

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Immediate availability or ability to join within a short notice period
