Position Title: Sales Manager

Working Location: Tuas South Street

Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm)

Salary Package: Basic salary up to $4,500 + Transport allowance $700 + Commission + AWS + Variable Bonus

Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

Generate revenue by carrying out targeted sales plans that support business goals.

Develop and carry out business plans to grow sales and expand market reach.

Review and set product pricing to stay competitive and profitable.

Coordinate product evaluations and trials to help customers assess and adopt products.

Manage and support key accounts to maintain customer satisfaction and retention.

Review sales performance data and share insights with the General Manager, Sales, to support decision-making.

Perform other duties assigned by the General Manager, Sales, to support business goals.

Diploma in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of industrial sales and marketing experience.

Able to develop business opportunities, grow accounts, and resolve technical or service-related issues.

Possess own transport.
