Provide comprehensive nursing care for inpatient ward patients.
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans.
Ensure safe and quality delivery of nursing care.
Monitor patients' conditions and administer medications and treatments.
Work closely with doctors and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Support the Nurse Manager with ward operations and other assigned duties.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Nursing.
Valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) Practising Certificate.
Able to work 3 rotating shifts
Past experience in ward will be an advantage
$3K to $7K
