MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Role Overview

The Marketing Executive is responsible for planning and executing marketing activities that strengthen the Company's brand presence, generate business opportunities and support sales growth.

The role will promote the Company's engineering and technology solutions across areas such as BMS, EMS, PMS, DCIM, SCADA, Power Quality, AIoT, data centres and smart building solutions, translating technical capabilities into clear and compelling marketing content for customers, consultants, partners and industry stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Marketing & Brand Management:

 Develop and execute annual marketing plans, campaigns and promotional activities.

 Maintain consistent corporate branding across all communication channels and materials.

 Manage corporate profiles, brochures, presentations, product literature, advertisements and other marketing collateral.

 Support branding activities for EcoXplore and its associated product/solution brands.

 Coordinate corporate gifts, festive campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.

Digital Marketing & Content:

 Manage and regularly update Company websites and digital content.

 Develop content for LinkedIn, email marketing, newsletters and other appropriate digital channels.

 Prepare technical articles, project highlights, case studies, customer success stories and solution introductions.

 Coordinate photography, graphics and video content for marketing purposes.

 Monitor campaign engagement and prepare basic marketing performance reports.

Sales & Business Development Support:

 Work closely with the Sales and Business Development teams to develop sales presentations, capability statements and customer-specific marketing materials.

 Support lead-generation activities and maintain marketing/contact databases.

 Conduct market research on customers, competitors, technologies and industry developments.

 Assist with product launches and new solution introductions.

 Support preparation of credentials and reference materials for tenders and pre-qualification submissions

Events, Exhibitions & Customer Engagement:

 Coordinate the Company's participation in exhibitions, conferences, seminars and customer events.

 Manage event registration, booth arrangements, marketing materials, invitations, logistics and follow-up activities.

 Coordinate with external vendors for printing, signage, corporate gifts, booth construction and promotional materials.

 Support customer networking and corporate events.

Partner & Principal Marketing:

 Coordinate joint marketing activities with technology principals, OEM partners, distributors and strategic business partners.

 Obtain approved product information, images and marketing materials from principals.

 Support co-branding, joint campaigns, seminars and partner events.

 Ensure external marketing materials comply with applicable partner branding requirements.

Corporate Communications:

 Prepare internal and external corporate announcements where required.

 Maintain an organised library of approved Company photographs, project references, certificates, logos and marketing materials.

Requirements

 Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing or related discipline.

 Preferably 2–4 years of marketing experience.

 Experience in engineering, technology, construction, M&E, building automation or data centre industries would be an advantage.

 Fresh graduates with strong communication and digital-marketing capabilities may also be considered for a junior position.

 Strong written and verbal communication skills.

 Ability to understand technical information and translate it into customer-friendly marketing content.

 Good presentation and copywriting skills.

 Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

 Familiarity with Canva, Adobe applications or similar design tools.

 Knowledge of LinkedIn, email marketing and website/content management.

 Basic understanding of digital marketing analytics.

 Strong coordination, organisation and time-management skills.
