Systems Engineer (Engineering Support Office) - Experienced (Diploma Track)

Job Summary

The appointed candidate will perform system and contract management functions to support enterprise systems and technical infrastructure.

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide governance and compliance oversight to ensure adherence to operational standards, policies, and quality requirements.

Monitor and manage performance KPIs to support system availability and service management initiatives.

Coordinate logistics support, spare parts availability, and equipment obsolescence management.

Oversee hardware, software, and network asset inventories throughout their operational lifecycle.

Coordinate cybersecurity compliance, vulnerability mitigation, and regular patch management.

Supervise maintenance operations to maintain high system availability and operational readiness.

Requirements

Singapore Citizen and eligible to obtain necessary security clearances.

Possess a Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant discipline.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional engineering or IT experience.

Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

Good understanding of system management, governance, compliance, and service delivery practices.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
