Talent Acquisition Specialist

Industry: Accounting & Audit Firm (SME) | Location: West, Jurong

S$3,000 – S$3,500 basic + Up to 2 months bonus

5-day work week, Mon-Fri, 9:00AM-6:00PM

An established Singapore corporate service provider offering company incorporation, accounting, corporate secretarial and compliance services. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team and manage our recruitment activities.

Job Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

Source and attract candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking.

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.

Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.

Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications.

Maintain an active talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Handle offer discussions and recruitment documentation.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in HR, Business, or a related field.

2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

Good sourcing and candidate assessment skills.

Familiarity with LinkedIn and major job portals.

CEI-certified preferred.
