IT Operations Project Manager

At least 12 years of experience in:

Banking Industry, as a Functional or Technical Project Manager

Demonstrable and relevant experience in managing large scale core banking projects with ambitious technical and functional challenges.

Experience in delivering projects with Agile methodology (e.g. Scrum or SAFe)

Technical knowledge and relevant experience on Software Application customization, packaging, implementation and monitoring/support over Cloud technologies, Containerization (Docker/K8S/OSC),CICD, Cybersecurity and authentication.

Core Banking systems knowledge and experience:

Strong knowledge of transaction capture, settlement and accounting booking

Good knowledge of financial products and on their underlying (Securities, Payments, Money Markets, Foreign Exchange, Credit, Derivatives and Structured Products, Commodities, Mutual Funds), as well as corporate actions processing

Knowledge of payment and transaction settlement systems (SWIFT, SEPA, local domestic systems in Europe and in Asia)

Good communication skills.

Strong proficiency with project management tools as well as issue and release management, production and support (JIRA, Service Now, PPM tools, etc.)

Strong proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio.
