As a washer, your responsibilities are to ensure that guests have clean dishes and utensils, and kitchen has clean equipment for food preparation

作为洗碗员，您的职责是确保客人使用的餐具和厨具保持清洁，并确保厨房的设备干净以供食品准备使用。

Responsibilities (Key Result Areas & Activities) 职责（关键结果领域与活动）

Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for tableware and cooking utensils using both machine and manual cleaning methods 负责通过机器和手动清洗方法，维护餐具和烹饪用具的清洁和卫生标准

Ensure the dishwashing area is maintained as a clean, safe, and sanitary facility 确保洗碗区域保持清洁、安全和卫生的状态

Replenish equipment in the correct areas after washing and drying 清洗和干燥后，将设备补充到正确的位置

Clean up any spills to ensure kitchen floor remain dry 清理任何溢出物，确保厨房地板保持干燥

Notify the Manager if the dishwash machine or rinse cycle falls below safety standard temperatures 如果洗碗机或漂洗循环的温度低于安全标准，须通知经理

Contribute to quality improvement teams aimed at increasing efficiency, reducing wastage, and streamlining stewarding processes 参与旨在提高效率、减少浪费和优化清洁流程的质量改进团队

Adhere to the company’s standard operating procedures 遵守公司的标准操作程序

Perform any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned 执行任何其他适当的职责和任务

Required to - KNOW (Skills, Knowledge & Behaviours) 所需技能（技能、知识与行为）

Entry level candidates are welcomed 欢迎入门级候选人

Willing to commit on weekends and public holidays 愿意在周末和公共假期工作

Strict sense of hygiene and safety standards 严格遵守卫生和安全标准

Physically fit 体能良好
