Job Responsibilities:

Source and assess suppliers and vendors while requesting and comparing quotations.

Prepare comprehensive cost analyses and detailed product cost breakdowns.

Effectively negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

Monitor material costs and identify opportunities for cost savings.

Maintain strong supplier relationships and keep accurate performance records.

Support procurement, budgeting, and inventory planning initiatives.

Ensure compliance with sourcing and purchasing policies.

Job Requirements:

Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in costing, sourcing, procurement, or purchasing within a manufacturing environment.

Demonstrated experience in sourcing precision machining or sheet metal.

Strong knowledge of BOM (Bill of Materials) costing and product cost analysis.

Familiarity with RFQ/RFP processes, supplier selection, and vendor management.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP systems.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
