Job Summary

Team Members at Chick-fil-A Singapore play vital roles in front-of-house or back-of-house, delivering great tasting food, genuine hospitality, fast and accurate service in a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare food following Chick-fil-A recipes, portion standards, and presentation requirements to ensure top quality

Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen environment consistently

Use, clean, and maintain kitchen equipment properly to ensure operational safety and efficiency

Deliver fast and accurate order preparation to respect customer time and enhance satisfaction

Provide genuine hospitality by treating customers with honor, dignity, and respect, anticipating needs, and resolving issues using CORE 4, HEARD model, and 2nd Mile Service

Collaborate effectively with team members to support smooth restaurant operations during rotating shifts

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment to maintain service quality

Attention to detail to ensure food quality and safety standards are met

Strong teamwork values to contribute positively to the restaurant culture

Flexibility to work rotating shifts as required
