Assistant Centre Manager (Enrichment Centre)

Our client is a leading Mathematics enrichment provider with 20 centres islandwide, offering a proven learning approach, small class sizes and a supportive environment that helps students build confidence and excel in Mathematics.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure smooth daily operations, including centre cleanliness and safety.

Achieve student enrolment/retention goals and support student reviews.

Communicate warmly and promptly with parents, guardians, and stakeholders.

Liaise with headquarters regarding tuition programmes, materials, and updates.

Manage accurate financial records, payments, and audit compliance.

Coordinate teacher schedules and assist with ad-hoc projects.

Requirements

Diploma in any discpline

Min 1 year of experience in operations, preferably in education, retail, or hospitality.

Kind and nurturing with children; professional with parents

Working Hours: 3 weekdays (1-9.30pm) + 2 weekend (9am-6.30pm)

Salary: $3,200

Location: Central
