Associate Recruitment Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our growing recruitment agency based in the Central Region. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process from initial candidate sourcing through to successful placement. You will work closely with our experienced consultants and clients to identify top talent and match candidates with suitable opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in recruitment and build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Client Management.

Identify and develop new client relationships across target markets and industries.

Pitch recruitment services and secure new hiring mandates.

Build and manage long-term client partnerships.

Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the recruitment process.

Candidate Sourcing & Delivery:

Source and headhunt candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and personal networks.

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles.

Conduct screening interviews and assess candidate suitability.

Present shortlisted candidates to clients with clear recommendations.

Coordinate interview processes and manage candidate communication.

Requirements

Proven experience as a 360 recruiter (agency background strongly preferred).

We are also open to highly motivated individuals with sales experience.

Strong track record in both business development and candidate placement.

Ability to generate new client relationships and win new business.

Excellent sourcing, headhunting, and screening skills.

Strong negotiation and communication abilities.

Ability to work independently in a freelance/performance-based environment.

Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools preferred.
