We are looking for passionate kitchen professionals to grow with us at Godmama Modern Peranakan Cuisine.

📍 Parkway Parade

📍 Funan Mall

Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations.

Prepare and cook authentic Peranakan dishes according to Godmama’s recipes and standards.

Ensure consistent food quality, presentation and portion control.

Supervise and guide junior kitchen team members during preparation and service.

Manage assigned kitchen sections and ensure orders are served accurately and promptly.

Monitor ingredients, stock levels and food wastage.

Assist with stock ordering, receiving and proper storage.

Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness, food safety and hygiene.

Ensure food is properly labelled, dated and stored according to regulations.

Support menu development, food tasting and recipe improvements.

Assist with staff training and kitchen scheduling when required.

Report equipment faults, operational issues and ingredient shortages promptly.

Take charge of kitchen operations when senior chefs are unavailable.

Perform other kitchen duties assigned by the Head Chef or management.
