Programme Executive (Youth Department - Comlink+ Programme)

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of outreach activities and intervention programs tailored for children, youths, and families

Execute outreach activities and intervention programmes for children, youths, and families.

Ensure the successful delivery of programme goals by monitoring progress and implementing improvements based on regular evaluations.

Foster positive working relationships with key stakeholders and volunteers, taking the lead in facilitating collaborative initiatives that uplifts the community.

Co-develop and implement volunteer training to support the community work.

Maintain timely documentation and accurate data management systems to ensure seamless service delivery.

Commit to a flexible schedule, including at least two nights per month and occasional weekend work.

Other Administrative duties.

Organizational duties or projects as assigned.

Requirements

Degree holder.

Relevant experience in working with children and youths is preferred.

Passionate about improving the well-being and resilience of families from lower-income backgrounds

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with youths, families, and stakeholders.

A team player with excellent organizational and administrative abilities.

Exhibits personal effectiveness, independence, and strong time management skills.

Demonstrates resourcefulness and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Maintains a growth mindset, showing a consistent eagerness to acquire new skills and adapt to evolving community needs.
