Project Manager

To support product team in the development, launch, adoption, operations, and enhancement of central government products

Interact regularly with Stakeholders to provide status report, obtain buy-in and address product issues.

Perform procurement of resources including augmented resources, IT hardware software, licenses, and professional services

Manage suppliers in the delivery of contractual deliverables

To work with Agencies to schedule, plan & adopt the use of central government products.

Response to customers queries on utilisation and billing

Coordinate and work with relevant parties to resolve billing disputes

Perform proper documentation and tracking of procurement and billing-related activities

Assist Product Manager to conduct briefings and clinics.

Familiar with use of excel and AI tools
