This role is working with an established financial technology organization that develops modern digital platforms. They are focused on creating seamless user experiences across web and mobile ecosystems.

About Job

Shape and refine end-to-end digital experiences for web, iOS, and Android applications.

Translate product strategy into wireframes, user journeys, process maps, and high-fidelity interface designs.

Establish, maintain, and scale comprehensive design systems and visual standards.

Identify usability friction points and continuously optimize the platform's user experience based on feedback.

Partner closely with cross-functional product and engineering teams to present and defend design solutions.

Incorporate AI workflows to accelerate visual exploration, content drafting, and iterative design tasks.

Requirements

Strong background in digital product design with an impressive, demonstrable UI/UX portfolio.

Expert proficiency in standard interface design and prototyping tools, primarily Figma.

Hands-on familiarity working within Agile/Scrum environments and project management suites like Notion.

Sharp eye for layout, typography, and pixel-perfect design accuracy.

Exposure to motion/visual tools ( Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Jitter ) is advantageous.

Basic knowledge of front-end tech ( HTML, CSS, JavaScript ) for rapid prototyping is a plus.
