Sales & Marketing Executive

The Marketing Executive should focus mainly on customer communication, sales support, quotations, follow-up, and business development.

1.     Prepare and issue quotations, purchase orders and sales invoices.

2.     Handle customer enquiries via email and phone.

3.     Liaise with customers regarding orders, delivery requirements and service requirements.

4.     Follow up with customers on quotations, orders and outstanding matters.

5.     Coordinate with customers on delivery schedules and requirements.

6.     Coordinate with logistics/operations for customer deliveries.

7.     Verify customer Delivery Orders and related documents.

8.     Prepare and submit customer reports.

9.     Arrange site visits when required.

10.Update and communicate selling prices to sales personnel.

11.Maintain customer records and sales-related documentation.

12.Monitor customer outstanding payments and follow up on overdue accounts.

13.Handle customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
