Sales & Sustainability Coordinator

Role Purpose: A Sustainability Coordinator helps organizations reduce environmental impact by turning sustainability goals into practical, measurable actions. They work across departments to manage data, coordinate initiatives, and ensure compliance with environmental standards.

Responsibilities

Research and analyze Singapore’s e-waste regulations, recycling processes, and key industry players to inform organizational strategies

Lead facility tours at the recycling center to educate visitors on e-waste management practices and promote awareness

Communicate with schools, businesses, and community groups to support e-waste initiatives and build stakeholder relationships

Identify and pursue sales opportunities by pitching e-waste services, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with the Sales Team to close deals

Support e-waste projects by conducting research, collecting data, managing event logistics, and assisting in sales-related project execution

Required competencies and certifications

Minimum Diploma in any field

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Passion for environmental sustainability

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in presentations and stakeholder engagement

Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
