QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Responsibilities

·                    Preparecost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BQ), tender documents and quotations..Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure timely communication and smooth project execution

·                    Assist in tender submissions and tender evaluations.

·                    Prepare progress claims, variation orders and final accounts.

·                    Monitor project costs and budgets throughout the project.

·                    Support procurement and material costing.

·                    Maintain proper project documentation and reports.

·                    Attend project meetings and site visits when required.

·                    Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

·                    Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management or a related discipline.

·                    At least 5 years of Singapore-based experience as a Quantity Surveyor.

·                    Experience in construction or interior fit-out projects.*Able to work independently with minimum guidance in fast paced environment.

·                    Good knowledge of construction contracts, tendering, cost control and contract administration.
